A born and bred Native New Yorker, Andrea was a GANYC Board Member at Large from 2016-2017, and an Education Committee Core Member from 2012-2017. She has a background in both the graphic arts field and early childhood education. A licensed NYC tour guide since 2008, Andrea is a community activist and has been involved with groups such as Lower East Side History Project, Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation, Remember the Triangle Fire Coalition, and Save Coney Island. Andrea enjoys photography and food, and being a tour guide allows her to indulge both pleasures while showing guests around her beloved city.
