About:

Born and raised 15 minutes outside of Manhattan, Wesley has been enthralled with New York City his entire life, perpetually exploring, discovering and studying its neighborhoods, buildings, parks and museums as his favorite pastime. With a Bachelor's Degree in Art History/Architectural History, Wes went on to study architecture & design and spent the last 30 years working in that field. He has now happily come full-circle in his passions by giving tours of his beloved city with an architect's eye for detail and an aesthete's quest for beauty to those who want more than the typical superficial surveys of expected landmarks. He also aims to make it all fun. Wesley loves to show the seldom-seen splendors and oddities, both historical and contemporary, that most tourists (and many denizens) never see, and is happy to customize a tour for an individual's particular interests.
