I am Susan Burns, an actress, writer, and tour guide. I am especially interested in New York history from New Amsterdam and the first Dutch settlers when Lenape, Walloon, and many other languages were spoken, up until the present day. I am also fascinated by architecture, and the extraordinary buildings and parks that make New York special. Additionally, I am a specialist in the stories of the great writers who have lived and written here, and who help to make New York the lively and exciting city that it is.  I  have worked with large groups, small groups, school groups, seniors, and families, and I love to show them all how wonderful an adventure New York City is.
