Mitch has been leading groups through New York and the world since 2001, when he was still a student in Paris, France and guiding Americans around the city in the summers. Since returning to NYC in 2006, he's been a philosophy professor, opera composer, magazine photographer and travel writer. He calls Greenwich Village home, and has written four books on the history of east coast cities. He's been a keynote speaker at major tourism conferences and annual company meetings, but loves more than anything to walk the city's streets with a small group of people interested in exploring the New York's incredible hidden gems and history.
