Be a traveler, not a tourist. Experience the Big Apple as if it were your small hometown. Ever since Michael was seven years old, when he placed a world map on a wall with push pins of all the countries he desired to visit, his excitement and passion for travel, art, history, and culture has remained paramount. A native Texan and former bilingual teacher and counselor, he has traveled the globe to 20 countries, including living in Buenos Aires, Argentina and becoming fluent in Spanish. As a museum educator at the Morris-Jumel Mansion and South Street Seaport Museum and a licensed NYC tour guide, Michael fuses his talents in trivia, leadership, relationships and instruction to provide the unique perspective to tourists and visitors. Michael carries a warm, inviting spirit, making for an excellent visitor experience.
