GANYC Membership Renewal Information

Hello members!

Thank you for your support over the past year. November 1st begins our fiscal year, and so we are beginning renewals for the next year. We look forward to having you in the GANYC family for another year! Dues are $175. The deadline for renewals is the January membership meeting. Though we recommend renewing early to get the one-time discounted rate. Members not renewed by mid-January will become lapsed, and lose access to member benefits.

For those mailing dues, mail a check payable to GANYC to:

The Treasurer can take payments in person at the November, December, and January meetings.

We no longer accept renewal payments by PayPal.

After renewal, we also urge members to update their main profiles on GANYC.org. Ensuring an up-to-date profile (photo, all details, etc) is key to maximizing your visibility to website visitors.


The Process--

To renew your membership online, go to: https://ganyc.wildapricot.org/

Make sure you are logged in.

When are you logged in, click on your name in the top menu.

Scroll down your profile page there, you'll see a button labeled "Renew to January 01, 2025". Click that.

Scroll down this page, making sure all your contact info is up-to-date.
Make any changes needed and click "Update and next".

On the next page, you'll have two options on the right: "Invoice Me" and "Pay Online".

If you wish to receive an invoice to print out with a mail payment, click "Invoice Me". To instead proceed directly to online payment, click "Pay Online".

The online payment page is where you enter all your card details, then click "Pay $175".

When completed, your will receive an email entitled 'Membership renewal completed at GANYC'.
