About
Fun and Informative, Alice Hunsberger shows you the adventure of New York. From Times Square and Statue of Liberty to the city's darkest scandals, with art, food and ethnicities stirred in, Alice unfolds layers of NY! Her life in New York as a professor of history, literature and world religions, as well as a promoter of NYC cultural treasures, allows her to create customized, authentic experiences for groups of all sizes and ages, and from all the world, including long-time New Yorkers.
"Since my college days in Columbia and NYU, I've loved showing my city to families, tourists, United Nations diplomats, and school, religious and corporate groups. As a professor and consultant to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, I've explained the cultural context of art, architecture and literature to hundreds of visitors of all ages. For the Municipal Art Society of NY, I've led walks of my own neighborhood near Columbia, Morningside Heights, discussing history and community building. Now I bring all these passions together as a licensed NYC tour guide, where I design and lead customizable tours with as much fun and facts as you wish!"
Let Alice Hunsberger make your New York City dreams come true! Whether you have a large group or small, one day or many, Alice will make your experience unique and unforgettable, the best of the Big Apple!
