Presenting the America250 Tour Festival!

The Guides Association of New York City is proud to present the America250 Tour Festival, June 27-28, 2026.
We will be offering FREE WALKING TOURS throughout New York City to commemorate the America250 Anniversary of the Signing of the Declaration of Independence, and to continue celebrating NYC400.

GANYC Events and Public Meetings

Our monthly meetings are open to the public and take place in venues across the five boroughs. GANYC members are also welcome to exclusive site visits and FAM (Familiarization) tours offered by fellow guides. GANYC guides offer FAM tours to their peers to receive invaluable feedback and to practice new tours.

GANYC Opposes New Measures for Visitors from Visa Waiver Eligible Countries

The Guides Association of New York City stands in strong opposition to proposed federal regulations that would require visitors entering the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) to disclose extensive personal information, potentially imposing significant new barriers to travel.
