Mindy Cassle

I am a true NATIVE New Yorker born in Brooklyn, raised in Queens and Long Island. For a time I lived in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village near Washington Square Park where I remember as a child my mom took my sister and me to the “Art Shows.” My mom has all the Brooklyn Dodgers’ original signatures. My grandpa worked in the world famous Garment District and my aunt worked in One Liberty Plaza which is still standing near the World Trade Center. As a child my favorite toy was a replica of the Empire State Building and I saw my first Broadway show at age 9. Being a tour guide for OVER 15 YEARS now, nothing makes me happier than seeing folks fall in love with this incredible city. In addition to tour guiding I perform in off Broadway and regional theatre, recently in a leading role for the Broadway Bound Theatre Festival on 42nd Street. I have sung at various NYC venues including Feinstein's 54 Below. I played Golde in “Fiddler on the Roof” at Compass Rose Theater in Annapolis, Maryland.
